For those with long-term goals in mind, this is for someone who likes to know ahead of time and in advance what their life, training, and competition is going to look like. We build 6 months out in advance and supplement nutrition and workout training. We meet once a month with you to review your status and see if things need to be adjusted, otherwise it's plug and play. This plan is for people that are self-motivated but still need accountability.
We need to meet and talk about the details. This is for the individuals who want to maximize their life and be their best in all areas: fitness, nutrition, mental, and physical. It includes unlimited communications and access to the knowledge library.
