Robin Farina is a former professional endurance athlete, 2011 USA National Road Race Champion, and the founder of RoFA Endurance. A University of Tennessee Sports Management graduate, Robin spent over two decades competing at the highest levels of professional cycling in the U.S. and Europe, including earning a spot on the 2012 USA Olympic Long Team for road racing. She knows firsthand what it takes to put in the time and dedication to make a difference.
After 20+ years of coaching athletes across cycling, triathlon, and endurance sport, Robin brought that same discipline and passion into the group fitness world. She has a long history in group fitness instruction, including hot pilates and mat pilates, where she applies the same principles that drove her athletic career: consistency, precision, and an unwavering commitment to showing up and doing the work.
Robin's mission is simple. She wants to share her knowledge with individuals who want to get fit and healthy. Whether she's coaching an endurance athlete through a training block, leading a hot pilates class, or running a teacher and student development workshop, Robin meets people where they are, challenges them with care, and builds a community that shows up for each other.
